One Love Coffee
Please tell us a little about yourself:
My journey in coffee started 3 years ago, when I came to ONE LOVE coffee. In this coffee shop, I understood that for me, coffee is more than just the work. It’s become my passion and has a lot of diversity, because of the different varieties, different tastes in each cup, which we had a chance to try. After that you can feel how big the world of coffee is, because you can develop in every field (as a barista, roaster,farmer, Q-grader). This is my motivation, to never stop exploring.
How did you get started in coffee?:

2016 Lviv Coffee In Good Spirits – 4th Place
2017 Ukraniain Coffee In Good Spirits – 4th Place
2018 Ukraniain Coffee In Good Spirits – 1st Place
What are you excited to do while you are in Brazil?:
Going to the ocean, and visiting a farm.
Besides your own competition drink, do you have a favorite cocktail?:
Yes, it’s penecillin on tequila.
What coffee-producing country most interests or excites you?:
Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Panama.
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
Cycling (fixed gear), playing basketball, and football.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?:
Of course, taking part in different categories of championships. Travelling to a farm, to do different fermentations.
