Please tell us a little about yourself:

As a kid I preferred coffee to sweets, but I never knew that it would become my career. I started my coffee career when I was 20 years old. It was around 3 years ago. I’ve learned so much and met so many people. Coffee has always been great to me and I love it.

How did you get started in coffee?:

I was studying at the time and had to do a second internship, and I decided that I’ll do it in the coffee industry.

Please list the coffee competitions you have participated in, what year they took place, and your results:

2015 Indonesia Cup Tasters Championship – 2nd Place
2017 Indonesia Barista Championship – 5th Place
2018 Indonesia Barista Championship – 3rd Place
2018 Indonesia Cup Tasters Championship – 1st Place

What are you excited to do while you are in Brazil?:

I’m excited for my first World Coffee Event!

What is your favorite coffee to cup?:

I don’t really have a favourite. I am always excited to cup new coffee, the ones that I’ve never tried before.

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

I love food!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?:

Even if I’m not in coffee anymore, I would still be in the hospitality industry.

Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the competition?:

Of course—everyone actually! My coach, my friends, my family, and everyone that has supported and had faith in me from day one.
