Please tell us a little about yourself:
I come from Slovakia where I grew up but moved for Universities studies to Prague. In Prague I started to develop interest in coffee during my studies. I started to experiment by working as a barista and then worked in specialty coffee roastery during my Erasmus in Krakow. When I came back to Prague, I started to work full time in specialty coffee roastery, Coffee Source.
How did you get started in coffee?:
On Erasmus.

2016 Slovakia Cup Tasting – 4th Place
2017 Cup Tasting – Semifinalist
2017 Czech Brewers Cup
2018 Cup Tasting – 1st Place
2018 Brewers – 5th Place
What are you excited to do while you are in Brazil?:
I am excited about Brazil by itself! :)
What is your favorite coffee to cup?:
Depends on my mood, but Burundis at the moment.
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
Sports, books, traveling.
