Please tell us a little about yourself: 

Hello, I’m Paul and I have spent the past 14 years working as a bartender and barista. I love combining my knowledge from both worlds of bartending and coffee to serve unique drinks to my guests. I’m a co-owner of BOB Coffee Lab, and Bartrotters – Coffee & Bar Consulting.

How did you get started in coffee?:

My parents are coffee addicted, so I start preparing coffee for them at a young age.

What are you excited to do in Berlin?:

I’m looking forward to a reunion with my coffee friends around the world.

What was your first amazing experience with coffee?:

World of Coffee Vienna 2012.

Besides your own competition drink, do you have a favorite cocktail?:

Mai Tai.

What coffee-producing country interests or excites you most?:

Panama.

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

IT and Swimming.

Where do you see yourself in five years?:

Expanding BOB Coffee Lab and serving very good coffee to our guests.
