I live and work in London, and I have worked in specialty coffee for 5 or 6 years. Outside of coffee I love running, travelling, and pub-quizzing.
What are you excited to do in Boston?:
I love running – so I want to check out the Marathon hype.

UK CIGS 2017 – Winner
WCIGS 2017 – 8th
UKBC 2015-2019 – 13th, 13th, 5th, 3rd & 1st
How do you see the coffee industry changing in the future?:
Speed of service is improving, and will be a catalyst for a lot more change.
Where do you see yourself in five years?:
Good question – 5 years ago I didn’t see myself here!
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
Running, travelling, and pub-quizzing.
