Please tell us a little about yourself:
I am an AST, 3-time National Barista Champion, and spend half my time travelling. I recently opened my new training center in Istanbul to help others and industry by elevating coffee knowledge.
What are you excited to do in Boston?:
Explore the Boston coffee scene and represent Turkey at WBC one more time.

How do you see the coffee industry changing in the future?:
It will be better in the future with more farm oriented knowledge, raising the amount of money farmers make. As a result it will raise the bar in the coffee industry. Automation and grinding technology will become more and more important.

Music, fitness, water sports
