Please tell us a little about yourself:

Rawirat Techasitthanet, better known as Jibbi Little or Latte art queen in the specialty coffee community, is a Sydney based Q-grader, competition judge and coffee roaster.

How did you get started in coffee?:

My first foray into coffee came when I came to Sydney from Thailand to study. I got a part time job in a cafe, and started mixing the espresso base with milk. At first my understanding was very basic, but as I got better, it became my passion.

Please list the coffee competitions you have participated in, what year they took place, and your results:

I am the current Australian 2019 Latte Art Champion and a 5 time winner of NSW State Latte Art championship (2014-2018), and i have also won a lot of latte art smack downs in the last 3 years.

What are you excited to do in Berlin?:

Sourcing and drinking the best German beer

What is the most unusual vessel you have poured latte art into?:

Bottle Lids

What is the secret to great latte art?:

The key is nailing the basics. Everything is still the combination of a heart, a leaf, or a tulip. And I adjust my pour in different ways, and this really helps me make some very interesting designs in a coffee cup.

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

The evolution and development of online business.

Where do you see yourself in five years?:

Traveling the word.

Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the WLAC?:

The list of people I would like to name is way too long, but I would like to say thank you to all my Aussie friends who have embraced and supported me throughout this amazing journey.
