I’m Jani and I work at Artisan Café in Helsinki as head roaster and barista. Coffee has been part of my life as long as I can remember, it brings a big smile to my face everyday!
What are you excited to do in Boston?:
To see all the coffee people from around the world!

National Brewers Cup Champion 2018 & 2019
World Brewers Cup 28th 2018
How do you see the coffee industry changing in the future?:
Hopefully customers will be more and more quality orientated.
Where do you see yourself in five years?:
Working with coffee, but other than that it’s hard to say.
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
Ice climbing/climbing, mountaineering, backcountry skiing, and enjoying time in nature.
