He is a world-renowned latte artist, particularly known for use of colours in latte art. Prior to starting his own business, Dhan spent 9 years working in a different coffee shop as a barista and branch manager. His book “Coffee Art” was published by Octopus Publishing Group in 28 September 2017, and can be found in different languages such as English, Chinese, French, German, Hungarian & Dutch. His book specialises in directing home baristas to learn different and incredible latte art patterns, from basic to very sophisticated, through the help of step-by-step instructions.
