Please tell us a little about yourself:
Hello my name is Dash from Korea. I’m the 2018/2019 Korea National Latte Art Champion.
I work in Cafe Oneway in Seoul. I fell in love with latte art in 2010 from my time in Australia.
How did you get started in coffee?:
I spent some time in Australia between 2008 and 2010, and that’s where I started in coffee.

2016 Korea Latte Art Championship (2nd)
2017 Korea Latte Art Championship (2nd)
2018 Korea Latte Art Championship (winner)
2019 Korea Latte Art Championship (winner)
What are you excited to do in Berlin?:
I wanna see all my latte art friends, that is very exciting to me! ^^
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
Soccer
Where do you see yourself in five years?:
Still in Seoul, Korea, where I want to open my second shop – Cafe Oneway.
