I met the owner Tsuyoshi Mok at Accro Coffee and tasted a delicately balanced Ethiopia drip coffee back in 2010. Since then, we developed friendship and respect through coffee and I became a consultant and trainer for Accro Coffee.

Ethopia, Panama, Brazil, and China.

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the competition?:

I would like to thank Tsuyoshi Mok, the owner of Accro Coffee for all the support over the years, and the whole Accro Coffee family for taking care of the shop in Hong Kong while we travel. I would also like to thank my family, especially my wife Cindy Chan for all the love, care and patience throughout our training and preparation. A big thanks also to friends, customers, and industry peers in Hong Kong for their support and feedback!
