Please tell us a little about yourself:
I am the co-owner of BOB Coffee Lab. I’ve been running the roastery in order to profile and get the best flavours out of all these amazing coffees. I started competing 5 years ago because of the first cup of filter I’d ever tried, and I was amazed by it’s complexity. For me, competing is the best way to learn, and I am still learning today! I can’t wait for Boston, let’s have fun!
What are you excited to do in Boston?:
Brew some amazing coffees :)

2014 National Brewers Cup Champion

How do you see the coffee industry changing in the future?:
I hope that the focus will be on coffee processing. There are so many unknown variables that are waiting to be found!
Where do you see yourself in five years?:
Thinking of the future and where I see myself is hard. Five years can easily go by fast, but on paper it is a challenge. Talking about the present is much easier to elaborate. You never really know the outcome. Setting new goals is important to become more successful. Where I see myself in five to ten years, I don’t really know.
